Comments

Florentine gold florin, undated, struck at the Luxembourg mint.

Coin of the highest rarity, a copy listed by Weiller (p.65) found in 1899 at Aumont in Switzerland and a second copy in the catalog supplement, published in 1995.

The weight of the two unique pieces is 3.42 and 3.49 g.

The obverse of the two coins are identical, the reverse side shows differences. The helmet is of a different shape and the legend also varies:
a. + S IOHA-HHES B
b. + S IOHA-ИИES B
