Struck to celebrating the opening of the Manila mint during the administration of President Woodrow Wilson, on July 16, 1920 in Manila, Philippines. This was the only branch mint ever opened outside the continental United States. A so-called Dollar, collected both by Phillipines collectors and by United States coins and Dollar enthusiasts. incredibly rare issue
