Comments

'A very collectable 18th Century 1796 Middlesex Halfpenny Token'.
'Very rare Political and Social Series (Buck's Society) London (Middlesex) copper Conder halfpenny token dated 1796'. It is thought that these were possibly struck for the use of the “Buck Society” in London.
 Catalogues: (Conder p.91, 179; Pye p.35, 8; Virt p.89; Atkins p.141, 750; D&H Middlesex 1041).
Peter Kempson - manufacturer; issuer.
Maybe made for the Lutwyches Buck Society.
