Saint Barthelemy is a small island of the Caribbean, located some 250 km east of Puerto Rico. Although it is currently one of the overseas territories of France, and thus part of the European Union, it was a Swedish colony for over a century. It has less than 9,000 inhabitants. This essay is one of the first coins of this island.
