Vandal Kingdom or also Kingdom of the Vandals and Alans was established in 435 by Germanic Vandals in North Africa, on territory of todays Tunisia and Algeria. It grew into powerful kingdom and conquered Balearic Islands, Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica. Sharing fate with Ostrogothic kingdom in Italy, Vandal rule was ended by conquest campaign of Justinian I, Eastern Roman Emperor, in 534. Read more
