Hello everyone, following the post:

https://en.numista.com/forum/topic105898.html

My proposal is to create a new issuer called North Vietnam under the country of Vietnam.

As there is South Vietnam, I think it should also be separated into a different North Vietnam issuer, for the following reasons:

The name of the country changes from North Vietnam (Democratic Republic) to Vietnam (Socialist Republic) and, above all, because the monetary system and its coins are also changed from "northern đồng" to "new đồng".

What is your opinion?

I agree and have already raised this issue on the referee's forum, https://en.numista.com/forum/topic104483.html, but so far no responses. Once the re-united Vietnam is on its own, can we get rid of the names "First new đồng" and "Second new đồng" and just have "First đồng" and "Second đồng"?

Thank you very much Jarcek, when will it be visible in the Numista catalog?

It takes up to 24 hours to appear. <:D

I've requested moves for all the coins and notes we have. All the coins should be present but there are lots of notes missing that will need adding once the existing notes have been moved. I've also requested the deletion of some duplicates.

Hi Jarcek, is this finally done? Many thanks.

I submitted requests to move all the North Vietnamese pieces currently in our two catalogues on Feb. 6 and I'm still waiting for them to be approved.

I just approved them. This issuer should now appear whenever the country list refreshes. :)
Many thanks. Now we can set about getting the Vietnames sections sorted.

Should work, just refreshed

This might just be an update issue but currently the North Vietnamese issues are horribly mixed up when ordered according to face value, with the first and second đồng alternating four times. Is it just a case of needing to be patient?

Hi, many thanks for adding this new issuer. I don't know if it's just me, but I don't see North Vietnam in my map in my coins, it happens the same to you?
