American Silver Eagles without Mint Marks

Is there a standard as to whether grading companies PCGS and NGC label their coin slabs for American silver eagles without mint marks with (P), (D), (S) or (W)? The Numista catalog is inconsistent in how they're listed. I'm endeavoring to collect one of every silver eagle minted.

Wow, thank you! I was wanting to read that article. I'll have to print and re-read the article, while comparing it to the Numista list, before I fully comprehend what it means.

So based on the information revealed by the Coin World filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Numista comments for 2015 ASE bullion coins should be changed to include the coins from the Philadelphia mint, rather than from the San Francisco mint and read as; "Mintage is for (P) and (W)". Similarly, 2016 and 2017 ASE bullion coins should be changed to include the coins from the Philadelphia mint, and read as; "Mintage is for (S), (P) and (W)".
