Ray Muniak Retired artist/sculptor . 79 years old. 4 children 10 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren. Also worked as a wood patternmaker (Foundry industry) for 27 years before becoming a full time artist.

The banknotes themselves are not rare. As far as notes with those cancellations, it is very hard to say as there were no records of how many were made anywhere. The note with the navy ship cancel would be highly prized as any cancel the the ship's name is gold in the philately world. Although there is not a postage stamp on there, I think the history would speak for itself with quite a few stamp collectors. When I was big into stamps, I personally was never into the myriad number of banknotes, especially $2 bills that had stamps affixed for certain dates or occasions. Regardless, they are interesting creations and provide a little historical content to a major world event.
