I ordered this token a good while ago and the years on the Reverse are 1904-1983. I'm pretty sure to had requested a few times a year add-on and they got rejected. Otherwise, why would they disappears from the "My catalogue modification requests" page?  Anyway, I would like to understand this new year on the token. Were a 1983 version produced? Thanks.

1 Dollar - Ladysmith, Vancouver Island (British Columbia) - Canada – Numista

 It would need a new page.

1981 = 77th

1983 = 79th

1984 = 80th

1986 = 82nd

 Here are those last two in a lot with 1983 as well >

My guess is your request was rejected because you were trying to modify the wrong token.  The one in this post is not the same as the one in the link you gave.  You need to create a new token page for this one.

Edit: See that you beat me ZacUK.

 Especially as on your first image, the lowest line of lettering says

LADYSMITH HOMECOMING 1983

whereas the token in your link has

VANCOUVER ISLAND, B.C.

I see. It all make sense. Thank you.

 Also now seen a 1985 token. The list is

1981 = 77th

1983 = 79th

1984 = 80th

1985 = 81st

1986 = 82nd

 so I guess there is a 1982 = 78th as well.

No idea if 1980 and 1987 et cetera exist.

Coins and Canada - Ladysmith - Home of the Dogwood - British Columbia - Trade dollars and municipal tokens       They were produced from 1981 to 1989.

Created a page. 1 Dollar - Ladysmith Home of the Dogwood, 1983 - Canada – Numista If there is any issue, I'll update.

 I guess the Canada referee is the only one who can see it. Otherwise I would validate it.

I made one correction and changed expiry from 1985 to 1983 year.

 I looked just now and saw your page has been approved.

 So, do any members have 1982, 1984 85 86 87 88 89 tokens?

I can create the pages if you wish - just need the pictures.

To complete the Series. Thanks. ☺️
