How to add rulers to these icelandic notes?

1 post • viewed 23 times

I have come across some Icelandic notes with the portrain of Christian IX but issued under Frederik VIII.

It doesn't seem like it's a decicion from before C.IX passing to print them, like with the Queen Elizabeth's coins.

C.IX died in the beginning of 1906 and the notes in question was issued in the middle of 1907.

Here is for instamce:

5 Krónur with potriat of Christian IX, but sent into cirkulation at 25/7 1907 (according to Siegs 2014).

How I added it to the catalog:

N#364488

Should I specify it in the comment?

According to Numista Guideline 4.2.1 the rulers name should be in the name of the note, if the ruler's name, monogram or other likings. But seems strange to me, if it was issued under F.VIII

Also this 100 Krónur note, which is an overprint on a Christian IX 5 Krónur. How to titel it?

Basicly two questions:

Should I add the name/both names to the banknotes? Non of them?

Should I add both Christian IX and Frederik VIII as the ruling authority? Or only Fredrik VIII?

I couldn't figure it out by the catalog, so a little help/guidance would be appriciated, or have I just missed something? 😁
