To split or not to split Faroese 100 Kroner? [solved]

While adding notes I saw Siegs have it in three different referance numbers. With the differnece mainly being the size and the paper.

SD# 19: 102*152

SD# 20: 99*149; oiled paper

SD# 21: 103*155

Should this be split into three, mainly with the size difference? 🤔

Yes. For different paper sizes, I would go with a split.

Those are like mm differences (at least between 2) that lie within some industrial tolerances, and if you've got circulated notes the differences could be even larger. I am against artificially inflating the page count of extremely similar items because I hate with heart and soul where is Waldo and spot the infinitesimal difference games.

I think Idolenz has a good point. I will keep these together as one item. Since they are still different by signatures.

My personal Numista hell is also the where is Waldo game 🤪😂

Heh, I did not check the size differences - I should have done so before suggesting a split! A difference of 3mm is not significant in banknote terms. All three are essentially the same size.

However, the main size field needs investigation, 150 x 100 mm is at odds with the sizes stated in the comments - based on the comments, I would suggest changing the main size field to 140 x 90mm, or investigating the source of the 150 x 100 size in page update history.

It was the size avarage-ish + the a nice round number, of the three sizes.

I made the page some time ago and will happily correct and tweak it to numista standards :) Why I'm cheching everything thruge again again, haha.

Heh, no worries.

I will see if I can find a decent image for this one.
