How do you know the coin is rare, by the way how do you define rare?

This is hilarious. You must be trolling.

The token linked by ZacUK is very similar to yours, and has the comment “Made in Egypt by the camel jewelry company”

Perhaps you can try contacting the Camel Jewelry Company in Egypt to define your rare coin for you.

What is implied here is that it's not a coin but a token, perhaps one used to adorn belly dancers' outfits. As such, the exact provenance of your item may never be known.

Hello,

Thanks for your comment.

Hello,

I would like to mention that the weight of the coin is 2.61g not 0.53 g

Thank you all guys

Diameter and thickness?

Diameter 22 mm Thickness 0.75 or maybe a little bit more

the fake tughra is disgraceful..😕

Hello Mr. Midnight,

Would you please explain why you felt that the coin is fake?

Regards,

in AH1222 the sultan was Mustafa 4.

here are two examples of his tughra on coins.

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/photos/ottoman/534-original.jpg

compare them to the construction on your item.

Next, Mustafa 4 ruled for two years, his coins may have regnal year 1 or 2.

tell me what regnal year is represented on your piece

Your piece might be old. might be contemporary. but it is exonomia.

Jamais l'or n'a perdu la plus petite occasion de se montrer stupide. -Balzac

Hello,

I can confirm that the regnal year which is represented on my piece is 1.

What that mean eventually ?

I really appreciate your effort, that's so kind from you

My coin has the same regnal year in this photo

MERCHANTOFGENIUS

My coin has the same regnal year in this photo

yes, that is a crop I made of  your coin.  tell me what number is shown?

I can confirm that the regnal year which is represented on my piece is 1.

Hello,

I can confirm also that there is no Camel on the coin which means that the coin is not made in egypt by the camel jewelry company.

Regards,

I think the year is 1223 and the regnal year was meant to be 21.  An imitation of this real coin:

So yes, costume jewelry brass token.

Hello,

Thank you very much indeed for your time. I apprecite it

Please have a nice weekend.

Regards,

please stop saying ‘belly dancer’.

It is costume jewelry.

Noted.

Hello Everyone,

Can anybody confirm to me that this coin is a costume jewelry.

Regards,

Yes. It is not a coin but a jewelry used by belly dancers where they were chained together (the metal pieces). You can buy those belts on amazon…..

Mr. Midnight

please stop saying ‘belly dancer’.

It is costume jewelry.

Why is this a problem to call belly dancer coins “belly dancer coins”. They are not costume jewelry but used by belly dancers…

Also I am in fact an expert on this coin in the photo and its a rare pure 24K GOLD ultra rare date coin that is worth a fortune! It is usually and often found in combination with rare stones of high value!

Don't take any less than $5,000,000,000 Zimbabwe cents for this coin!

Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

The problem is that virgin brides and all other classes of respectable women in all walks of life wear these kinds or ornaments.

Incorrect, the Zimbabwe .01 cent is worth .0000314 US dollars, that makes 5B worth $15,700…

Are you suggesting that belly dancers are not respectable!

Neither are they all respectable.

No, it is not. He is joking.

This is not a coin, it is worthless. But if you had a rare and valuable stone that goes along with it, perhaps a stone of magical powers or something like that. One with strange markings on it, then it would be worth $15,700!

Do you have a stone like that?

4 zeros is correct. 157,000 is correct.

.0000314 = 3.14 X 10-5

5,000,000,000 = 5 X 109

3.14 X 10-5 X 5 X 109 = 15.7 X 104 = 157,000

This is so stupid, on my apple phone, even though I put in 9 zeros, it wouldn't add 9, but only 8. The calculator only adds the ninth zero when I turn my phone sideways. You are correct and I can only do this math with a calculator, so I am only as smart as my stupid calculator that must be turned sideways…

Haha.  When I was double checking (for the 10th time) I used my iPhone calculator since I wasn't with my PC and got your answer!!!  After going completely bonkers over it and ready to give in, I discovered the same thing as you.
