I have just received this 1936 UK penny, I think it looks like a proof coin that has somehow ended up in circulation for a short while. Please tell me what you think.

It is not easy to evaluate the condition of a coin looking just for photography and, even less, if it is Proof or Proof Like.
Anyway I would certainly classify it as brilliant not circulated.

Not proof. Background field shows slight die stress. But would possibly go BU or AU.
