I'm sorry the pictures are a bit dark. I did my best.
Here are the specifications:

I'm not happy. You left out all the meals and bathroom breaks during the entire process. If there is anything else you did during that time and neglected to include it in your very short list, I'd like a full public report. Start with the strip joints and parties, please. Photos welcome. You can finish on croissants, baguettes and cafes.

Is it correct that in English the word Exchange is singular, and in French it is Echanges which is plural ?
I know the obverse is Italian inspired, but hope there is no copyright ?!

The word exchange in this context has an implied plurality and would not sound correct as exchanges without borders.
Also, the image is not the same. There is no copyright infringement as a result.
Also, I'd like to enter the token if that was ok!?

Perhaps we should follow in Numisma's footsteps and declare ourselves a micronation. He's even gotten himself listed in Krause and on NGC.

Actually the first design from the mint was full of berries

After long discussions we got to the final design.
I'll made a full report at the end of the operation.

They look very nice, congratulations to all involved in the project! I would have a suggestion:
Please include in the set, or even for those sold without a box a little piece of paper stating diameter, metal purity, weight, designer name, mintage year etc. Kind of those COA's that are usually found in official sets. You all know what I mean.
P.S. A serial number as well?

You can now order the tokens:
https://en.numista.com/token/index.php
The first tokens will be delivered starting mid-December, but ordering now will help us estimating the right quantities.

You can see your orders on the
Numista 2013 Token page, which can be accessed from the new top element of the menu.
The page is updated to inform you when your payment has been received and when the order has been shipped.

Hmm... is Canada "the rest of the world"? Or is it good for a shipping discount?
I know a letter from the U.S. to Canada costs only $1.10... I am not sure if this token is too heavy for that cost.

The box will eventually be 15 cm x 9 cm x 3 cm. It is the same style as the previous announced model, but in a format more suitable for two tokes.
Here is a made-up picture:

Yes, I'm sorry, Canada belongs to "the rest of the world" in the shipping fees chart. Btw, you need to take into account that the token is 19g and that you need a resistant packaging.

I take it postage to the UK comes under EU, if so it's very expensive for the set which I would really like to get. Would it be possible to get a more realistic quote for UK postage please.

I'm sorry shipping fees are the same of UK and the rest of EU.
Tokens are shipped from France and USA since most of the orders come from these two countries. And actually there are very few orders from UK. So tokens and sets for UK are sent from France. Unfortunately I can't do anything on the shipping fees, which are decided by French postal service, with a unique price for all UE countries except France itself.

A little confused over the shipping fees, perhaps someone could clarify for me? If I was to order 1 set with both tokens in (price €21), would that be €9.40 (with the weight being up to 230g)?
If I ordered 1 silver token and 1 copper token separately (total price €14), this would be €5.55?
I know you wouldn't get the presentation box etc obviously with the 2nd option but just want to make sure I'm working out the shipping fees correctly before deciding.
Thanks,
Phil

You are right. You can also use the order page to automatically calculate shipping prices:
https://en.numista.com/token/commande.php
I didn't plan to make sets at first because I think the transportation fees are prohibitive, with an additional cost of €10 just for the box, but some members wanted it, so it's available, but it's up to you to buy it or not.

Does anyone know if there's a problem on the order page? I've selected token quantity, selected delivery country (UK), and entered my name/address details, but no price is calculated and the See Purchase Order button isn't available. Any ideas? Could just be me doing something wrong

Hello Xavier,
any news on the distribution of the tokens? Did the minting finish, any clues on mintage? Distribution was promised to start beginning of December. Did you manage to organize a schedule or priority? I think who paid first must receive first :)

Well a slight delay is OK, but I think it would be fair that the tokens to be distributed in the sequence that they have been ordered or paid. I had a look at the French "Salon" forum and with Google Translator I understood that Numista Team members promised there that they would be delivered in France long before Christmas. I also would like to receive mine before Christmas, as I ordered and paid for those since 15 November, and I understood some French members didn't still send their cheques and were promised to receive them before Christmas...

Hello,
There was a delay at the French custom, so tokens in the USA have been sent last week while tokens for the rest of the world will be sent this week. The shipping information and tracking number (if applicable) is available on your order.
The mintage is 350 copper tokens and 200 silver tokens, including 60 sets.

Got them!
They're fantastic, better than in photo.
I don't know why I didn't remember they're in proof quality.
I hope to get more Numista tokens in future, a bi-metallic one for instance
Every year should be a Numista token.
Thanks all to let this happened.
