The KM number has been given in a wrong format

5 posts
Maybe someone has already raised it, but I couldn't find it.

I have noticed this error whenever you enter a KM# with 2 decimal places. Like KM# 377.59.

Is there anything that can be done for this?

Input it as KM#377.5 and enter KM#377.59 in the Obverse description field.

I have asked Xavier to fix this issue, I'll ask him again.

Thanks!!

Yes that's what I did. Won't work if you want to enter KM#377.52 (for example).

"A page describes a coin type. It may group several variations whenever a small design detail varies and the KM numbers have the same main part, like KM#3.1 and KM#3.2". The Guidelines has spoken.

There should be one record for KM#377 with the variations in the year list.

This is a different kind of variation, where the coin types are different mints and the lettering of the whole coin is different. This is one exception to listing different varieties separately.
