Tiny Ottoman 1 Para ? 1223 21

I bought this coin and I'm not sure what it is.

Diameter is 14mm
Weight is unknown because I don't have scales that measure less than 1 gram :
Not magnetic - should be silver
It is obviously been partially cleaned, the person probably tried to scrape the black gunk on it and gave up half way.

My prime suspects are:
- 1 Para 1223 21 from here http://www.osmanliparalari.com/Gumus--Para-,LA_1432-2.html#labels=1432-2
- 1 Akce 1223 21 from here https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces53301.html
- FAKE because my tiny coin is 14mm approx and from the very few info I could gather browsing Turkish sites without knowing the language that's too big.

Thank you

Sorry but that's not it - the regnal year on my coin is 21.
However i did find my coin on that site:

But it doesn't say the diameter :( - i was really curious if mine actually is this coin ...
Managed to weigh this thing - 0.4355grams.
This weight is a bit more than I expected ... Still can't find it. :(
Found the answer, in case someone else will be looking for it:

QuoteThis is not a coin, but a late 19th or early 20th century imitation used for decorative purposes. It is not a "fake" intended to be passed as a real coin, but was produced long after the host coin was no longer in circulation. Probably used as bangles attached to clothing or decorative objects.
