Worn crowns - Any value above melt?

9 posts
First off, I'm really happy to find this site!

I hope it's not considered bad form to ask for help in my very first post here...

Anyway, the title says it all really.
Is there any value to these coins other than the silver metal value?

IMHO...  A Good to Very Good Crown is better than no Crown at all ...
? Format  Format  Format ?   ?
Do not argue with ignorant people .. !! They will drag you down to their level, then pulverize you with experience ...
I agree.. I would pay a little over melt for one. Not much maybe £2-3 tops.

Yes yours really aren't that worn, VG bordering on F for the Victorian one.  I'd say they're worth more than melt
Many thanks for your replies, much appreciated!
It seems these will stay in my collection then, not really worth the bother to sell.
Again, thanks all!
