Coin came from circulation. I don't think it's silver :° but I'm not really sure. :8D I saw the KM#203 in the catalog. :D

The coin I (and the next reply) found is nickel, so is an ordinary circulating coin.  :)

Thanks for your reply, but the obverse is different. :snif:  That's why I asked for help :O

Why did you not say that in the first place ?
Why do the two images you used have different lighting ?
The first image (obverse) is from this page (a different coin) ...
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces3129.html
The second image (reverse) is from the page already mentioned ...
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces360.html

Who made that one combined image of two different coins - what is going on ?!??  8~

The pictures are from the numista catalog.  I don't have a way to scan, so I used them to represent what my coin looks like. The coin is AU and shiny and has those faces (obv. and rev) 8)

1n 1992 Canada double dated all of our circulation coins 1867 - 1992
for our 125 year of confederation
Each month there was a special 25 cent piece released 1 for each province or territory
The standard Caribou 25 cent was not issued that year except in sets

Just as an aside something you might want to check

If you have this coin

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces360.html

Variations in die axis exist though they are not noted in the catalog here
in some cases the dies are rotated 180 degrees in even fewer cases only 90 degrees

To me it looks like km#203a-but I don't believe it's silver. :snif:  Could it be a variety coin?

The Canadian mint made this coin in silver with a frosted Proof and not listed on here also what some people call Proof like or I believe the Mint called Brilliant Uncirculated finish.  This set included the 12
25 cent coins all in nickel but they had a Much better finish.  They were I believe the same as the silver
coins.  There is a picture of the entire set on Ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Proof-Like-1992-Canada-Complete-12-Province-Quarter-Set-/121336699637?pt=US_Canadian_Coins&hash=item1c403b1af5#ht_248wt_786

The Silver coins weigh 5.9 gr the nickel 5.05 gr

The coins were issued in individual cases as well as in different sets

If you have a coin that looks like the silver proof it is likely a nickel collector coin that has made it to circulation
there were 448 178 sets of the nickel coins sold according to Charlton
