2 coins/tokens from the Netherlands mint (solved)

I have these 2 coins/tokens from the Netherlands mint and like to know more about them, what are they celebrating/commemorating, why they where produced, how many minted and do they have any value to them.
Thanks in advance Tony

The first one commemorates the 2000th anniversary of the city Heerlen. The second commemorates the 175th anniversary of the Dutch Royal Lifeguard Association. The Royal Dutch Mint doesn't only produce their own coins and tokens but also mint coins for organisations who ask them to. The municipality of Heerlen and the DRLA probably requested them to make these tokens. Because they're not official tokens it's hard to find out the  mintage. The first is worth around €2,50 and the second €4 or €5.
Thanks Eddie.
