I saw one of these on an auction site and I was curious what it meant. It was a Hungarian banknote

It was to add to the value of the note, I also found this article which explains in more details.

There are also stamps on some banknotes from Transnistria. In an attempt to protect its financial system, the government of Transnistria bought Soviet and Russian notes which it modified by adhering stamps bearing the image of General Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov, the founder of Tiraspol.

Thanks Tony. The guy has a couple of them for sale. he also has the 10,000 pengo note mentioned in the article you linked to

I might pick up a couple, they're an interesting piece of history, and although I'm no expert on value, they seem reasonably priced
