I would say it is a VG, but I would like to get some more opinions.

I think it is fair to say XF
Would probably call it F based on the leaves on the obverse, unless I had a reference to an uncirculated copy showing that the design was on the flat side right from the start.

​No, the line down the centre of the leaves is mostly worn away and the definition between the leaves and the berries has been worn away.
I think is nearly VF looks like all the details are good!
VF is really too much for this coin. There's too much wear on the leaves. I'd say it's a very nice F, or F+ as you like.
