I have sold a few coins on eBay, although not so much recently, and I would make a couple of suggestions:

* If it was mine, I would not put a number (e.g. "1.") before the coin description
* I don't think putting your username in the description is necessary or helpful
* On the plus side, I think the 10 Centimes is a lovely coin, well photographed

Perhaps you could try editing the description and see if that improves searchability?

Also, eBay says that your listing might not show up for up to 24 hours.
