streamlined add-coin requests in some cases?

I understand that adding new coins takes time. After all it isn't like waiting to deal with them will cause something else to break, so other tasks have to be higher priorities. The referees who do the approving are kindly doing this in their spare time, so that also means that we must be patient.

I wonder if there is a way to flag certain submissions where less research will be needed. For example, if a coin is posted for identification, and several experts have provided input to try to ensure accuracy, the new coin has already been subjected to a review - sometimes including by the referee who will later be asked to add the coin.

When I have such a coin, I include the link to the discussion so the referee can easily see the discussion.
Would there be any value to flagging such add-requests so the person who is approving the addition can see that the coin has already been evaluated?

Thank you
