Guinea or token?

This is 24mm in diameter and weighs 4 grams. Is it a token or a spade guinea?
It is a gaming token.

A spade guinea as the name suggests, has a shield shaped like a spade on it.

This is the other side. I didn't realise my post did not include both sides.

Yes, Gaming token. There are many, many different designs with the phrase "in memory of the good old days" when it comes to spade guinea gaming tokens. They were mostly made from brass, which is why they sometimes trick the eyes into thinking they are gold. Some can be quite convincing as contemporary counterfeits.
