In the catalogue page,  https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces821.html
the Western numeral dates listed include 1926 twice,
but with Arabic dates 1344 and 1345.

Is this correct? 1926/١٣٤٤ , and 1926/١٣٤٥,  both exist?
In which years actually were they minted?

Yes, that's correct, both coins exist. AH1345 began on July 12, 1926. Thus the coin mint before July 12, say in February, was mint in AH1344, while another mint in September 1926 would correspond to AH1345.

Now that you are done with those, try to get a complete WWII set of five zinc Tunisia coins: 10 centimes 1941,1942 and 1945, and 20 centimes 1942 and 1945. If you manage to get them, in particular the 1945 ones, in XF or better condition, you will be even happier, much happier. Good luck!
By the way, there is a mistake in Numista catalogue https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces11234.html
This coin is zinc, not aluminium-nickel-bronze, as stated in the catalogue.
