So we agree that's a 1 Tangka - Thubten Gyatso
Type E : 1899 - The Obverse shows a single wavy water line in the outer angles

And difference between Y#E13.1 and Y#E13.2 is not described in the Numista data sheet

After that i found same coin on ebay , but i'm a little confused with selling price it seems to be quite high

The values on ebay are allways very high and the coins are allways rare .
Observe how long that coin is on ebay. If it is sold very uick, then the price was correct.
The seller has good feedback, so I think he is trustworthy
