My collection of coins theme: trees. About 50 so far and always searching.

4 sub-themes:
- Trees (central theme)
- Trees in landscapes
- Trees in coats of arms
- Leaves, fruits and exsicts of trees

I have a document in Drive with a survey I made on Colnect here, but thanks for pointing out any currencies with the theme.

Flw.

There are quite a lot, I guess Canada must have plenty of commemoratives with maple trees.

I think a pretty one would be this one:

Germany also had a series of gold coins called German Forest

This beautiful and large silver coin (40mm, 27g) is part of the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games series and is one of the most beautiful coin with this theme... O "pau-brasil" (brazil-wood) has this name because its very red wood looks like a coal in flame... ember In portuguese = brasa, and gave the name to the country...

Don't forget modern Cuban coins. There is a tree on the coat of arms.

Since 1949 all the Guatemala 5 centavos types have a tree, like this one: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2260.html

Edit: sorry, I overlooked it at first but I just saw such a coin is already on your picture.

Or, when you can't find any trees anymore: make your own:

Hello... very interesting!
The same theme of a woman planting a sprig was on the Federal German 50 pfennig from 1949 until 2001. I always thought it symbolized the period of reconstruction after WWII.

On the german coin, an oak sprig is planted. As a matter of fact, for Jeison's tree collection, German 1-2-5-10 pfennig feature an oak sprig and 1-2-5 euro cent an oak leave:

A simple search here on Numista gives out 1308 different types that contain trees! Seems you have a lot of types to add to your collection!

Here are three more for the collection, from Namibia:

5ct: Mopane Aloe
10ct: Camelthorn
50ct: Quiver tree

Botanically speaking, only the Camelthorn is a tree. The other two are Aloe species.

Hello,
The wildman of Brunswick and Lunenburg in the German States holds a tree:

This one is a 1744 George II coin.
There are quite a few coins with this design.

My favorite coins with a tree are the 10, 20, and 40 centavos coins from Cuba minted in 1952, quoting the numista listing....

On reverse is shown an image of the Arbol de la Demajagua (Demajagua tree). This tree was considered a symbol of the independence, as it growth thru a cannon wheel, debris of the battle fought at that place. The original tree died on 1998 and was replaced with other of the same specie.
On the image is shown a big 5 pointed star, symbol of Cuba, on the tree.

Hello,
Here a few more I found in my collection:

The 500 pesos of Colombia, the dragon tree of the 2014 pound from Gibraltar, and the nutmeg on a 4 dollars coin FAO from Grenada. The nutmeg is the national tree for the island, it appears on the flag.
