Hi there,
can someone with some knowledge of Tamil and/or Sinhala confirm or correct these translations?
Sinhala:
Cent: සතය
Cents: සත
Rupee: රුපියලයි
Rupees: රුපියල
Tamil:
Cent: சதம்
Cents: சதம்
Rupee: ஒரு ரூபாய்
Rupees: ரூபாய்
Thanks in advance!

I can confirm that the Tamil transcription is spot on. The only correction I would make is that ஒரு ரூபாய் means "one rupee" as ஒரு (Oru) means one or singular...
Good job,

Thanks GQ. Greatly appreciated.
So, that would mean that the singular and plural forms of rupee in Tamil are the same?
Kind regards,
