Hello everyone,
Just thought I'd celebrate this occasion - although a few days late - with everyone, and express my gratitude and happiness to be part of Numista amazing community, and the great Numista team.
I have been here for 3 years (since 29-Jul-2014), and during this time I've known and dealt with so many amazing, knowledgeable and kind people from all over the world. I've definitely gained more knowledge - mainly on coins, but on other topics as well.
I'm also very thankful to our amazing Catalog administrator "Jarcek" for pushing me to become a referee - for the UAE at first - and later on taking over many other Arab countries and eventually becoming a Master Referee.
During my 1 year as a referee (since 25-July-2016) I've done so much improvements - of which I'm proud of - and I'm very thankful to everyone who has been contributing and cooperating constantly to improve our catalog.
Contributions currently:
2126 coins added, 3661 years added, 7808 coins edited, 3895 years edited
Also, a very special thanks to a dear friend I've met here "Zameer" whom I've later met personally in Dubai. Although he isn't really active on the forum, but he has been always supporting me with information and pictures, and sharing with me some of his knowledge and experience.
He was also generous enough to gift me - a few days ago - this nice coin below, for my Numista anniversary
I look forward to many more fruitful years on Numista

Congratulations Amer. Your amount of catalogue contributions over such a short time period is unbelievable amazing. Hats off to you and keep up the good work. I really hope to see you here on Numista for many more fruitful years.
And I certainly don't want to hijack your topic but I have to say something about your gift from your friend. It bothers me enormously the money making machine NGC doesn't even bother to make an effort to put the coin in the correct upright position.

Congratulations! And thank you for all your hard work! I can't believe your contribution numbers. It's you and the other referees who really make this site the high quality resource and experience that it is. I hope we get to keep you around for a long time.
As for the orientation of your *beautiful* gift I'd have to let NGC off for this one and give it to the Canada Mint. If I have 5 of those lined up in a row no two of them has that coloured part quite oriented the same way, so it looks like NGC opted to display it based on the coloured portion and not HRM's head. I personally think it's part of the charm of those coins though. They can work whatever way they fall.

PS:
@Essor Prof: I agree, it's annoying, specially for someone with some sort of OCD

Hahaha, I'm already glad I'm not the only one with some kind of OCD. I already saw
Neilithic saying that and now you. I wonder if more collectors have some symptoms. A rhetorical question of course.
Anyway, that's probably the reason too why that carelessness annoyed me that much.

Bit late to the party but I'd just like to agree with all the previous comments, especially those from Mark. Keep up the great work!
