Kingdom of Dahomey [solved]

I'm curious: Did the Dahomey Kingdom (1600-1894) ever make coins? I've searched Google, and it doesn't shed much light on the subject. It only shows coins made for the Dahomey Republic as if the Kingdom never existed.
I don't think any pre-colonial Sub-Saharan African states ever made any coins (aside from stuff like Katanga Crosses, which is sometimes classified as coins), except for some eastern sultanates (mostly coastal) such as Zanzibar, plus Darfur, Axum, and Ethiopia.
In particular, the Kingdom of Dahomey almost certainly did not.

I may be mistaken, however.
Per Wiki:

The economic structure of the kingdom was highly intertwined with the political and religious systems and these developed together significantly. The main currency was Cowry shells.

Do not argue with ignorant people .. !! They will drag you down to their level, then pulverize you with experience ...
Thank you guys for your answers. Now I can stop my search for a Dahomey Kingdom coin.
