Chile - too many variations

Question:
are the high/low relief varieties really varieties, or just differences in the pressure used when the coins were made, and/or worn out dies?

Edit:
evidently, I have a problem with Chile (coin-wise, I mean)
Now I find that there are variations according the number of grooves per cm on the edge (KM# 288, https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2756.html)
My humble advice: do not go in there: unless there is a well documentated variation or difference, I think it would be too much to include such minor variants: i.e., I have an Argentinian coin, KM# 111, wich, according to the Janson catalog (the most used catalog among Argentinian colectors), has 3 different grooves/cm edges, and I found 3 more.
