Hmm, your coin should be this one: ½ Follis - Mauricius Tiberius Constantinopolis mint 1-16 582-602

But yet again, there is a possibility that it's not entirely similar to yours. your might not be in numista at all. The reason for my doubt is that in the one I just gave you, the number in the middle right of the coin is XII, yours is XIII, so they should be at least "cousins" :)) I hope this narrows it down significantly.
P.S. it should be authentic, very preserved... this is rare.
Kind regards,
Stefan

I agree for the half follis but not for the Emperor.
The legend seems to be "DN IVSTINI-ANVS PP AVG", so I guess it's from
Justinian I, regnal year XIII (AD 540-541).
Not sure about the mint, third officina (Γ) of.... Constantinopolis ?
It looks very suspicious. The letters of the legend (especialy the "S" and few others) seem to be written by someone who doesn't know what he was writting : I could be wrong but, it looks like someone tried to copy the legend of an original one without understanding it.

Crudely cast "tourist fake" copying a year XIII half-follis of Justinian I. Compare to this genuine example (image courtesy CNG):
