In Numista it shows 2 kinds, one without mintmark and a B coin,
I have a 1956 No B but with mint marks.
Is this variety missing?

No,
you have the coin WITHOUT the mint mark, but WITH the Paris engraver's and director's privy marks!

HI,
so it was a good day....
Here are the privy marks on newer French coins, from 1949 that is. The documentation is about coins from New Caledonia, but it's valid for all coins minted in France from 1949!
The older ones you can see here
Enjoy, Ole
