Which one of these US gold coins should I get?

Since Christmas is coming and a gold coin is the sole item on my "list", I've decided to look on Ma-shops to get something (since in my country you can't really find the gold coins I'm interested in and buying from different countries is the only option). Anyway, I'm a huge fan of US coinage so this is going to be a tough one. I've picked 4 coins that match my budget, but I am really unsure of which I should get, so maybe some of you can help me with this one.
1. 1851 1$ gold: https://www.ma-shops.com/obernd/item.php5?id=6945&lang=en
2. 1851 1$ gold (lower grade, is the price difference between this and number 1 really worth it??): https://www.ma-shops.com/numismaticclassics/item.php5?id=2250&lang=en
3. 1852 2.5$: https://www.ma-shops.com/numismaticclassics/item.php5?id=2302&lang=en
4. 1909 2.5$: https://www.ma-shops.com/gornymosch/item.php5?id=904296&lang=en

I can't wait for some feedback from you guys, because I'm really tempted to get a gold US coin. I am also consdiering some German States gold coins and a Russian Empire 5 roubles coin, but I think these are the hardest to resist.

Thanks a lot! :)
I don't specialise in US, or gold coins, so take my opinion with a grain of salt;
ButI'd go for the 1909 $2.5 ; I love the design, and something about it being non relief makes it stand out from those boring coronet Liberty in profile designs.

This is my personal favourite in terms of design:

Unless the seller of #1 send you close-ups that show it's in much, much better condition than #2 (which I don't think they would, there are scratches on the cheek and the 5 looks worn) I wouldn't pay 100€ more for it.
Anyway all beautiful coins  can't go wrong with classic US coinage. I'd go with the Indian head or the Liberty head (disclaimer: I didn't check NGC values so I have no idea which would be a better bargain, I'm just going with my heart :P)
I don't think I'd buy an uncertified US gold dollar (1), nor a details coin (2) or (3), so that leaves the 1909 quarter eagle ( 4 ).

I don’t know how to tell gold, so I stay away, but why wouldn’t you buy 1,2,or 3? But you would buy 4
Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins

(2) is a details coin, according to ANACS (so it's probably real, unless the holder is faked) -- I don't think I'd spend that much money on a details-graded coin

(3) has that chopmark (not real common on US gold) so it's also a details coin. -- therefore disqualified

(1) and (4) are uncertified. There are a lot of fake US gold coins around, especially $1 and $2.50 gold. I think the gold dollars might be faked more, but I'm not certain -- therefore (4) might be less risky.

Actually, I don't think I'd personally spend this much on uncertified US gold, unless I was getting a bullion coin from some place like APMEX, and paying just a modest percentage over spot for it.
I highly doubt 4 (the one I am most tempted to get right now) is fake since it is coming from a reputable dealer and a registered coin shop business.
The 1909 is a great design. It is also a relief coin in a lowered field. Not incuse in the pure sense, but commonly called incuse. Absolutely a classic design. By the way, what are your thoughts on APMEX?
