I bought a coin. It's a 1966 Australian one cent coin that came in one of those sealed "grading cases". On the reverse of the case is all these holographic PNG authentication stickers and labels, but I am more interested in what is on the front of the cover. The case is by the NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation). and the following is written:
1966(C) Australia Cent
PF 65 RD Ultra Cameo
What does that last bit mean?..... PF 65 RD Ultra Cameo.

https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-grading/grading-scale/
Near the end of that page, it is one of the 7 sections under 'Strike Characters'.
Also above that is a list of the meanings for numbers 1 to 70 under 'Numeric Grades'.
