@ZacUK I really like that Faroe fantasy set... reminds you that exonumia can be as eye-catching as "real" issues are.

Is that Greenland set by any chance from the same maker (Joseph Lang)? I know he likes making fantasies, I've seen his creations for places like Cabinda.

Moving on to the "E" countries:

2nd September: East Africa

(Never was sure why this country isn't called British East Africa; it's not like they lumped the German issues into the same issuer)

1946 East Africa 1 Shilling - George VI
1942 East Africa 1 cent

No worries, it's in the right place. We're going down the list of issuers, so if in doubt pull out the coin's Numista page and see where it's listed under.
3rd September: Eastern Caribbean States

I'll fix the title when I can do it.
Can't recall when i got this, probably in change at the coffee shop.
Nice image of Drake's Golden Hind on the reverse.

4th September: Ecuador

1924 Ecuador 10 Centavos
Ecuador -- 5 sucres, 1944:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces14523.html
5th September: Egypt

Let's include ancient Egypt today as well, since I don't think anyone has anything from there anyway.
A few nice little bits from the junk tray
1 Millieme 1938, and 10 milliems 1943
Jamais l'or n'a perdu la plus petite occasion de se montrer stupide. -Balzac

top left - 1911 5/10 Qirsh -- 1967 5 Milliemes -- 1967 10 Milliemes
Bottom left - 1972 1 Millieme -- 1973 5 Milliemes -- 1973 10 Milliemes -- 1972 5 Qirsh
right side - 1977 10 Milliemes FAO -- 1975 10 Milliemes FAO

Most of these are from when my grandparents visited there in the late 70's. I used to have a 1938 as well but can't find it.
Three different Egyptian coins, from three different historical eras in it's recent monarchial past; Ottoman vassal, British protectorate, and independent Kingdom:

1327 (1910) H Egypt 1 Qirsh/Piastre - Mehmed V

1917/ AH 1335 H Egypt 10 Qirsh/Piastres - Hussein Kamel

1937/ AH 1356 Egypt 2 Qirsh/Piastres - Farouk I
Egypt -- 2 piastres, 1980:

Cass shouldnt your Qirsh be issued under the rule of Mehmed V if its from 1910? :)

1 Qirsh - 1904 - Abdul Hamid II
Quote: "alfonz"Cass shouldnt your Qirsh be issued under the rule of Mehmed V if its from 1910? :)

You are right; corrected. :)
Some silver pounds:

6th September: El Salvador
El Salvador -- 3 centavos, 1974:

1913 H El Salvador 1 Centavo

1956 El Salvador 1 Centavo

Interesting to note the lack of the "El" part until sometime around the 1920s by the looks of it; even today this country is still referred to in French only as "Salvador".
7th September: Equatorial African States
Equatorial African States -- 100 francs, 1968:

8th September: Equatorial Guinea

A country I referee for. (8
Equitorial Guinea --1 peseta, 1969:

9th September: Eritrea
Eritrea -- 100 cents, 1997

Italian Eritrea -- 1 tallero, 1918:

10th September: Italian Eritrea

1890 R Italian Eritrea 2 Lire - Umberto I

1918 R Italian Eritrea 1 Tallero/5 Lire

My MPCC Africa entry.
Italian Eritrea is still terra incognita for me, but sooner or later I will acquire this Tallero!
ROMAE AETERNAE
Quote: "druzhynets"Italian Eritrea is still terra incognita for me, but sooner or later I will acquire this Tallero!
I was lucky, I got mine for about 90 euro from a dealer who didn't really know much about foreign coins. B)
A side question though; how would you grade my coin?
11th September: Estonia

1930 Estonia 2 Krooni (Toompea Fortress)
Estonia -- 50 senti, 1936:

12th September: Ethiopia

1895 (1903) A Ethiopia 1 Ghersh (1/16 Birr) - Menelik II
Date is actually worn away, but given that the 1903 date (actually struck until 1928) is the most common, with almost 9 times the amount of the other dates combined, I am going with that as my guess.

1892 (1900) Ethiopia 1 Birr - Menelik II
These early Ethiopian coins were minted in Paris, as evidenced by the privy marks.

I asked because there's a vast difference in pricing (at least according to Krause) between VF and EF. 200 dollars' worth, in fact... which is why I'm hoping it could make EF. :°

But even if we go conservative and say it's VF, I still got it on the lower end of the expected price bracket. Hooray me! :8D

Moving on to F:

13th September: Falkland Islands
Falkland Islands -- 2 pence, 1974:

I was just about to post my own! :O

Oh well, here are the George V pre-war counterparts from the 1930s:

1934-36 Fiji Shilling, Florin - George V
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces11335.html
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces12572.html

I regret only that there were no half crowns or crowns from Fiji. Not sure if I like their coins' aesthetics though; they seem to be going for the minimalist approach on their reverses, but on the other hand the portrait of George V used is one of my favourites.
Fiji -- 1 florin, 1964:

15th September: Finland

1917 Finland (Russian Provisional Government) 10 Penniä
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces10388.html

My only coin from Finland worth posting; and that's only because of its' brilliance. Gotta love that red-brown colour on well preserved coppers!
