Hello,

I firstly wanted to extend my thanks to Numista and the Egypt referee for the change in the 100 Piastre 1922 coin entry to reflect its mintage in both yellow and rose gold. I would like to bring to your attention, however, another issue in the Egyptian catalog on Numista. Under coins of the Sultanate, the coins from Fuad's brief reign as Sultan, before becoming king, are shown. The 2, 5 and 10 piastre coins are accurately documented in the catalog, but one obscure yet important coin is omitted: the 20 piastre piece. Only 2 of this variety of coin from the year 1920 still exist. Currently, one is in a museum in Abbasia, Cairo. The other belonged to a British museum, but has recently been auctioned off. The coin itself is documented in the most recent edition of Krause for 1901-2000. This website lists the coin as well:

There are some really nice photos of the coin on this website which I believe should be used for the entry, if appropriate of course:

I hope that an entry can be created for this coin that shows its year of mintage and the number minted being only 2. I believe that despite its rarity and that is quite improbable for anyone on this site to own this coin (since only one is actually 'free', the other is in museum ownership), I believe this entry should be still created so that the site can accurately document the issuance of this coin.
A very nice piece of history indeed and defintely worth adding
thanks for notifying me about it
