Coin is of this type (
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces132963.html). However, you can see "CIV" on the reverse, but the reverse should say ILERDA and CIVITAS should be on the front. Is this a variety, or could my coin be a fake (probably contemporary then)? Diameter 11 mm and weight 0.33 grams.

Yours seems to be cut and is not round
yes, but the legend on mine is reversed (what should be on the front is on the back). So my question was whether it's a variety not cataloged in the Cal book or a counterfeit.

I recall reading somewhere there were a lot of counterfeited coins circulating in Spain at this period.
The shape of the D is a bit weird (too thin) and the dotted circle doesn't seem as regular as the genuine ones on the reverse side (different size of globules, different spacing...), so I guess the legend on the wrong side could be an error made by a counterfeiter.
The general aspect is a bit strange too : looks thinner / frailer compare to the other ones.
