Tristan de Cuhna £5 poppy design coins

5 posts
I have 3 of £5 coins, from the Tristan de Cuhna, British territory.
Each with the “Lest we forget “poppy design.
I cannot find anything about them on EBay etc.
Any help is appreciated.
There is this on eBay for 2016 ...

though that is silver proof, but maybe they also made a
copper-nickel version (and different years, as you do not say what year yours is).
