Maybe a gas bubble in the blank. Not caused by the mint.

hi, yes, its a kind of lamination error.
Numista referee for  Georgia.  Also  for Belgian Congo, Congo free state, Katanga, Kenya, Ruanda-Burundi, Ruanda-Urundi, Seychelles
