a. Authenticity
b. GRade

No reason to doubt authenticity. it looks good, have you weighted it and measured it?
Comparing it to the one on the NGC page, I'd say it shows some wear, on the tips of the oak leaves, the knot of the wreath, and the florets, so maybe AU, but maybe closer to XF.
if you have looked at auction sales, you know as much as anyone about the value. The price on the NGC page is probobly quite low.
