I found this but the portrait is reversed:

Can anyone help please?

It's definitely Hadrian (HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS), judging from it's size and weight most likely an As or Dupondius. As far as I can tell the reverse is FELICITATI AVG, COS III P P, Galley left, with five rowers and a steersman, S-C across fields. I found a few of them that match the description around RIC 719. Search for RIC 719d on: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/hadrian/t.html and take a look at the coins around it.

Nice coin! :)
I collect and deal in ancient Roman coin. In case you're looking for affordable ancient coins or need any help with the coins you already have send me a message.

Thank you, does it look fake? Or info about price?

Looks real to me but I can be wrong, hopefully other members give their opinion too. As for price, pricing ancients is very tricky and prices vary a lot . Two similar coins sold at the same time on two different auction houses can get completely different prices so all I could do is take a guess. :)

Your coin is the same (i.e. RIC#719) but with a different bust type on obverse. I updated the coin page with all bust types.
Sapientiae plerumque stultitia est comes.
Si c'est un grand plaisir d'être reconnu par ses amis, c'est peut-être encore plus flatteur d'être reconnu par ses adversaires.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

Same as you posted at top: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces66534.html. All bust variants within same file.

Thanks, waiting for few more opinions and i will close it.
It looks rather porous, so I see why you question whether it is real, but it could have been in a seawater environment. The flan cracks are harder to counterfeit, and provide some amount of assurance that it is genuine. The style looks ok too. I vote for genuine, but not with certainty, its harder to tell without actually seeing it.

Yeah, only one from 5 person said is fake because is porous, but again, the cracks in the flan are enough for me to say it's real, no one can reproduce cracks in that way after casting the fake
