Hello, is this coin a proof?
Found it in the bunch of foreign coins and it looks like a proof.
not proof, unc.
Very common and easy to find

Just as I thought, are the proof ones silver?

Proof coins are encapsulated, mostly with attest.
You will not find them in a 'bunch of coins' :`

​As the others said your coin is normal strike (perhaps unc.), but not proof. The mintage for proof in the Numista coin sheet is similar to the number of proof sets, so all proof coins are in these proof sets or spring from them.
