Pick 93a. This is one of my few square banknotes. It is definately the largest. The 60 baht was issued to celebrate the auspicious occasion on Rama IX's completion of his 5th 12 year cycle. The King, enthroned, appears on the face of this note. The King's family, minus the eldest daughter, appears with a bowing crowd on the back of the note. A pleasing and meaningful note.

I sold (or swapped, I don't really remember) my example of that one a while back. Still a nice note though- you don't see all that many commemorative notes around!

I always hated how when I saw the front of those notes I would think "Wow, a 1950s Thai note in UNC!", then turn it over and be disappointed it was the modern commemorative version. :D

Love them both. I have both of them. In my own opinion, they are the most beautiful notes ever.
Be kind to people. Sharing is Caring. Collect what you like and not by the Crowd.
To seek for perfection, it is too painful and there is a very high price to pay. To seek for something comfortable is more easy. To seek for nothing is even more easy.
