Lead coins or tokens?

Anyone have a clue what these could be? No Idea and can't find anything online


Upper 2 are the same. One obverse and one reverse.

Special interest in Coins from the Low countries (Feudal-present). Former numista referee for Low Countries Feudal, Burgundian Netherlands, Spanish Netherlands, Dutch Republic, Netherlands and Netherlands East Indies.
Bag seals - where string is tightened around the top of a bag,
then it is sealed with a lead seal which has impressions in the jaws.
Also some wine bottles had lead seals.

So built into the jaws of the pliers are the letters / numbers in reverse,
so when squeezed into the seal it leaves them the correct other way round.
Same as a coin die is.
