Franch Liard [solved]

Hi -
This came in a group of Louis XIIII Liards. Coin is about 21 mm in diameter. Very worn down (pictures look terrible, but that's about as much definition as shows.
On the obverse, clear lettering starting at 12:30 is "<cross> PHS". Looks like the figure is facing left and at about 9:30 is an "A". Absolutely no idea what the reverse is supposed to be. See a bunch of letters, but no words that I can make out.

Looked through this site for Liards and Tournois and no luck.
