Oh ok like a double strike for example?
If I understand the doubling must be regular throughout the coin to talk about DDO?
There might be slight doubling but it is not strong enough to be graded a DDO by a trusted third party grading company such as NGC or PCGS in my opinion. I would just spend it.

You may want to visit the Vista site, I are I believe three different DDO varieties for 1965, I just know mine isn't one of them:)
i have already asked pcgs and he replied that it was not the right variety
