What coin is this? Where is it frim and what period? Thank you.

I'm trying to read, but can see only a couple of words very close to Russian obscene language (one with one letter changed from Russian Б to B, and another if read from right to left). Looks like some fantasy. Where did you find it?
SWAP LIST (lots of Russia (from wire to 2018) + Tannu Tuva, Goths from Taman, Crimea, Grand principality of Moscow, Siberia, Tatarstan, Golden Horde, Genoa, Bukhara, Khiva etc.)

Could be a modern fantasy trying to imitate a coin from Wallachia.
