Austria Pfennig 1251-1276?

2 posts • viewed 68 times
I recently purchased a group of "Ancient" coins that I am trying to Identify (confirm). I have minimal information that was provided for each coin, but I am having trouble verifying the information provided, and filling in the gaps. I will list them each separately for help with these.

This one is suppose to be an Austria Pfennig 1251-1276. In searching the catalog I found one listing (CNA#B159) where the Obverse looks similar, but the Reverse is definitely different. The coin is Silver, 0.7 grams, and 13mm.

Thank you in advance for any help. Colin
Hello,

Probably this one B 168. See https://www.ma-shops.de/zufahl/item.php?id=5441

Don't bother about the reverse. It is quite common that you see nothing on it.
