I only have three different Isle of Man sets (various coins) and they do not look like yours.
Maybe different sets come in different cases - assuming they are official.

thank you for your answer. your sets i know (have 2 of them) but this soccer set i see first time. also coins according ebay rare - only 1 in selling. rest 5 missing.
ZacUk, you should check your 1979 set to see if you have one of the only crowns of Man with a die letter. Off hand I forget which one, but if you check the listings, on of those crowns came with die letters. I found one here in the US. It was in the same sort of set.

These are, as best I can get, my 22 Isle of man sets in plastic cases, plus a few singles

Oklahoman,
Just checked my 1979 'Tynwald Millenium' set and my KM#48 had CB in the left hand part of the water.

Photographic proof, as best as I can
